If you use MSN Messenger, you can directly speak with your college in real time from every part of the world as long as they have the internet connection.

The best thing about it is you do not have to spend extra money; all you need is the internet connection, computer, and the MSN Messenger software of course.

The first thing you need to do is connect to the internet and go to the msn website where you can find the download link of the MSN Messenger software. Don’t worry; it is free software, which means that you don’t need to pay the license for using this software.

After clicking the download link of this software, you need to sign up a MSN email.

Though today, you can also sign in to the MSN Messenger with yahoo email, I recommend you to sign up the hotmail.com which is the host of the MSN Messenger.

Up to this point, I believe you have already downloaded the MSN Messenger and sign up the hotmail email. Now, it is time to install the MSN Messenger software to your hard drive.

After installing the software in your hard drive, you will have the shortcut of MSN Messenger in your desktop. Run the program by double clicking the icon. You will find the pop up window of MSN Messenger.

Then, you will ask to input your email address and password, simply input your hotmail email and the password. Log on into your account by hit the sign in button.

Now you have log into your account and ready to chat. To chat with people you will need the list of your friends and colleges.

To do this you can add friends or hit the shortcut but “+”. Insert their personal data and email to invite them and chat with them. You can also change your status from “available” to any status you are currently doing, “busy” for example.

If your friends or colleges have received and approved your invitation you can chat with them by double clicking their name. Then a pop up window will show up and you are ready to chat.
